Richly ironic.
Donald Trump, as yet 'undecided' about whether he'll bid for the next US Presidency (maybe he's waiting for the price to drop further), has told CNN that America, by failing to exert its power more decisively to apply its foreign policy, has become 'the laughing stock of the world'.
